Bangkok 06.06.02~06.06.05
Due to Dave's request, I shall blog about my Bangkok trip..
Photos later, i'm lazy to upload..
actually i almost forgot i was going Bangkok,only packed my luggage on friday, the day i was flying off =/ as usual, doing things last minute.. that explains why i did not tell many people
about it.. sorry guys...
06.06.02 Friday
arrived at BUDGET TERMINAL..
the deco is budget..
place feels empty..
ate lunch there..i was disgusted by the plastic utensils there..
so 'market'..
budget terminal..
a terminal for budget airlines..
not a place to be budget!!
can they spend more effort for this terminal..
so deprived =.=
T 1 and 2 got staff canteen duck rice,
and a lot of things to look at
me amy and joanne can stay till 12am there.
T3? got free shuttle i also dun wan to go..
anyway,
bought scents and some cosmetics and boarded the plane
On plane,
nothing,
except a seat.
no pillow,no blanket.
cheap food costs a bomb..
cup noodles, $3..
reached Bangkok at ard..
nighttime..i forgot.hah
checked in and ate hotel buffet..
erm.. 250 baht i think?
which is S$10?

My hotel is not very luxurious..Baiyoke Suite..
opposite the tallest building in Bangkok, also a luxurious hotel,
Baiyoke Sky..
i stayed in Baiyoke Suite suite room.S$50 per night ..
cheap! but a bit creepy and scary..
weird feeling >.<
06.06.04 Saturday
went to Chinatown..a lot of pple
The thing about Bangkok is that
EVERYTHING IS CHEAP
the most expensive thing I bought is 350 baht(S$12~S$13)

bought quite a few things,
and ate shark's fin for dinner just for fun
who eats shark's fin for fun???
i know,we sld save the sharks..
but.. but.. ha.
it's cheap ok!! really really cheap.. below S$50 for a big big portion
do u know that earrings can cost only 10 baht if buy in bulk?
that's S$0.40~S$0.50 !!! Singapore?? S$10!!!
cheat my money.........
went to The Platinum.. Shopped again.. got this lady shopowner,
really really very pretty.. and very nice also..
i left my shopping bags in her shop and she waited till i came back
then she close her shop.so nice!
then to Central World Plaza..
Isetan!! i forgot to bring HAJIME's address
wanted to try my luck at Isetan Supermkt food fair
there was Milkkan's stall, but HAJIME wasn't there
later, when i went back to Singapore, i checked the address
his shop was in Central World Plaza, but another floor!!
how stupid can i be.. could have met him..
but then again,it was quite late already
and half the building was like under renovation..
so.. hah
went NARAYA also..
a bag shop..
cheap la... wah lau..
but things look very class..
they have shops in
ITALY
JAPAN
TAIWAN
THAILAND
so ex in US but so cheap in Thailand..
then went to Baiyoke the night market.. and bought some stuff
Bangkok is really all about shopping.....day to night..
06.06.04 Sunday
went to Platinum again to shop...
i was alone with my mum's fren because my mum fell sick.. :(
went to MBK.. ( i forgot the spelling)
SO BIG... shopped till dropped...
bought lotsa tshirts there..
ate Dunkin' Donuts...
and Pork Cheeseburger..
nice ok!! nv eat b4...
go Thailand must try...
MBK is shopping mall,
things are slightly more expensive
but nv will it be like Singapore's skyhigh prices
Bangkok got a lot of 199 baht shops
around S$8~S$9
cheap until i wanna scream vulgarities

so much that i can get sick of shopping..

i wished i brought more money,
but we changed S$600!!!
becos it's so cheap i bought everything i saw..
till when i see something i really want,
no money....
went ard by taxi...
they have taxis in hot pink,orange,blue,purple,green!!!
always take taxi that goes by meter..
they will cheat money..
and unless u know the price of the journey, dun take the 'toto car'
it's like an open air taxi..
one offered twice the fare for our return trip when we know a taxi which runs by meter and has air con costs cheaper
their roadstalls food smells so nice!!!!
but they say dun eat,later stomachache
my mum's frens are very nice..
i think they spent more than me..
Auntie Eileen has a very cute daughter called Charmaine..
i had lotsa fun with her during this trip :)
shall post her photo and what she drew next time..
i taught her how to draw Doraemon(what Keita did to a child when he was on a train ride!!)
and lion.. and she drew damn funny stuff.... CUTE!!
i just realised what i bought for dave,
singapore also got..
yet meh la....
what i miss most about Thailand is...
the free flow of Coco Pops for breakfast in my hotel..
serious!!
duno why, the Coco Pops there taste delicious..
i'm really really easily contented :)
just want my Jiang Meng and Coco Pops!!!!!!!!!
i really really miss the Coco Pops....
