the feeling once again..BANJA LUKA

yeah, we were the band with the red loud hailers.. =)
Banja Luka rocks ;)

yday, was one day before syf 2005(duh -___-)..
PJCSB,like any other bands, were doing some last adjustments to our music..
we watched some japanese band videos..which were very inspiring..
we desire for a gold but it was uncertain..

today,as usual, i was late for school.. so i took taxi..
did some playing...
and went off to the concert hall.. i was real tired cos i slept late the last night..
why? because this particular 8 people.. so i was nodding off here and there and everywhere..

when we reached there.. the nervousness overtook me..i started to think that i forgot the notes of my solo..(which i apparently didn't).. then i started all my nervous nonsense..usual hui ee ^^; but i thought about the hardship we went through.. the changing of choice piece just 3 weeks ago,the band practices everyday.. the mcd dinners every evening.. miss chan's wonderful guidance..i wanted to make all these worthwhile..

we went in,probably the best performance we ever did..the band was wonderful.. so touched.. and after that we went back to school..then went town for lunch.. intending to go to SCH to listen to the results..saw a mickey mouse jigsaw puzzle..very nice.. cos he was playing a saxophone =)

then something happened.. we forgot about the time!we may not be able to make it for the results..and the trains took so long lah! while waiting everyone was like very nervous..i prayed for a gold..but i know the chance is low..after we reached tanjong pagar from dhoby ghaut we just ran and ran..in the rain! never have i experience such stuff..oh my.. we reached in time,in fact,before time..many alumni were there already,so touched they came to support us..

PJCSB then went to crowd at a small corner to listen to the results.. i could see everyone's hearts were like going to jump out.. all this hard work..no one wanted it to go to waste..

must be the pink undies that i wore that brought us luck..

ok out of point -________-

and so,like 2 yrs ago,when i was still in css,the promotion of silver to gold..
everyone screamed and screamed..cried so much... we finally made it! we finally did... =) the feeling was overwhelming..everything was really,really worth it.. we didn't let miss chan down.. so happy =)

today has been fun,really fun.. despite the arguments i love everyone in the band..

Adrina,Diana,Sanjay,Daniel,Alistair,Amos,Ummi,Farhan,Fauzy,and many others..

tmw got workshop.. I want to make friends with the judicator..cos he's Japanese! haha BAKA...
